- Write the whole planning report, positioning report, planning suggestion, and execution report; take overall responsibility for marketing planning project, carry out related marketing and positioning planning of the project, market planning plan, drafting and preparation of advertising plan, formulation, and implementation of the project sales plan, Project feasibility study, product planning, and positioning report.
- Responsible for project brand promotion, responsible for project image promotion, promotion, and image monitoring; responsible for image design, planning, application, promotion, and standard management of a project.
- Responsible for the dynamic control of the sales and planning progress and assist the sales department to complete the indicators better.
- The organization conducts investigations and analysis on the target market, accurately grasps consumers' consumer demand and propensity to consume (product types, prices, hot-selling units and other information), assists in writing market research reports, and provides professional advice on the planning and design of the project.
- Responsible for docking with related media, concrete implementation of branding of real estate projects and promotion of cultural construction, planning, packaging, publicity, follow-up and other implementation of activities.
- Associated degree in real estate or marketing, college degree or above, 28 years of age or above.
- 2, 3 or more years of experience in marketing planning of real estate companies or agency companies. Strong on-site execution capabilities and planning capabilities. There are consultant backgrounds working or successful planning cases are preferred.
- Ability to research, analyze and plan real estate from the market to investment, land, products, customers, marketing, promotion, etc., and can independently organize and write various types of project planning reports, independent proposals, and independent operations.
- Proficient in the whole process of real estate marketing planning and promotion, has the ability to independently formulate and prepare pre-project and marketing execution strategies, and is familiar with commercial real estate operators.
- Familiar with urban construction and real estate industry. Familiar with relevant laws and regulations of real estate countries, grasp the real estate market dynamics in time, and have keen market insight and judgment.
- Have a keen market judgment and excellent pioneering and innovative, communication and coordination, organizational promotion capabilities; has a strong organizational marketing business activities, good public relations and building customer relationship capabilities, good psychological quality and ability to resist pressure.
- Has a strong communicate language, text expression capabilities, and team management experience.
