Job Description
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Manage digital marketing activities and oversee campaign execution across multiple channels.
- Supervise content production and social media management to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and evaluate campaign performance using data-driven insight
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and drive sales growth.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, including planning, delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Build brand awareness and strengthen MOSU Coffee’s market positioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and social media strategy.
- Experienced in campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Creative, proactive, and data-driven mindset.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Based in Yogyakarta or willing to relocate to Yogyakarta.
