Marketing Manager (HQ)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
2. Lead integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
3. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
4. Manage the marketing budget and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
5. Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team while working closely with cross-functional departments.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
3. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
4. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
5. Experience in the automotive, electric vehicle, or consumer goods industry is an advantage.
