Marketing Manager

Chocolate Monggo, we are an indonesian premium chocolate brand founded in 2005. Our products made with local ingredients are fully produced in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. We offer dozen of highly – quality innovative chocolate products across multiple formats available in own brand stores and distributed to specialty cafes, hotels, up-market grocery stores, many online sales platforms and duty-frees across indonesia

We are looking for Marketing Manager with qualification and job details below:

Job Details :

• Create a marketing strategy.
• Analyses current and potential markets / trends, coordinates all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and increased rate.
• Produces the annual Marketing Plan, marketing budgets, and forecast.
• Creates, Implements and oversees communications and campaign programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products.
• Manage and optimize all digital channels including the website, email marketing campaigns and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube,etc.
• Analyses and set the standarts of copywriting for all marketing assets, including supervising the photographer and / or videographer.
• Managing vendors related to marketing program / campaign, promotion activity regarding events, including the procedures, administration, and communication between related parties.
• Manage Staff in the marketing department in their daily work performance, ensuring that project/department achievements/goals are met and adhere to the approved budget.

Qualifications :

1. Minimum Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing Management/Communication/Public Relations.
2. Have strong leadership skills.
3. Have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
4. Following digital marketing trends and the like.
5. Able to analyze trends, viewers and followers in the market, so as to produce the right content for the right market/audience.
6. Have strong social media knowledge and experience.
7. Multitasking, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
