About the Role
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Marketing Manager to establish and grow the brand presence of our new international school in Bali.
The successful candidate will lead marketing campaigns, digital communications, community engagement, and brand development to increase awareness, generate qualified inquiries, and support student enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the school's annual marketing strategy and campaign calendar.
- Establish consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Manage social media platforms, website content, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Plan and coordinate content creation, photography, video production, and promotional materials.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.
- Develop partnerships with relevant communities, organizations, and potential referral partners.
- Coordinate marketing activities with the Admissions Manager.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and prospective family needs. Track marketing KPIs, campaign budgets, lead generation, and return on investment.
- Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience in international school
- Experience in education, lifestyle, hospitality, or premium consumer brands is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, digital advertising, SEO, and content strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with marketing analytics, CRM systems, and content creation tools.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.
- A creative mindset combined with analytical and commercial thinking.
