Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities in Indonesia. This is an end-to-end ownership role: you will be responsible for building and growing the PREP brand in Indonesia while simultaneously driving measurable performance outcomes across paid and organic channels.
You will serve as the in-country marketing lead, collaborating closely with regional leadership, product teams, and external agencies/vendors to execute integrated campaigns that grow brand awareness, generate leads, and convert users into paying customers.
1. Key Responsibilities
Brand Marketing
• Develop and own the brand strategy for Indonesia
• Build brand awareness and equity through integrated campaigns — digital, social, influencers, partnerships, events, and PR.
• Localize global brand assets, campaigns, and messaging to resonate with the Indonesian market, culture, and target audience.
• Manage relationships with local media outlets, influencers, KOLs, and brand partners.
• Oversee content creation and editorial calendar for Indonesia-specific channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Lead community-building initiatives to strengthen brand loyalty and word-of-mouth growth.
Performance Marketing
• Plan, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and local platforms.
• Own performance KPIs: CAC, ROAS, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and revenue contribution from marketing channels.
• Develop and continuously improve funnel strategies — from awareness through acquisition to retention.
• Work with the product and data teams to set up tracking, attribution models, and reporting dashboards.
• Manage media budget allocation, strategies, and creative testing for maximum ROI.
Strategy & Execution
• Develop the Indonesia go-to-market strategy and annual marketing plan aligned with business targets.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities, trends, and whitespace in the Indonesian EdTech landscape.
• Manage and mentor a lean local marketing team.
• Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on campaign performance, market insights, and recommendations.
2. Requirements
Experience & Skills
• 5+ years of marketing experience.
• Demonstrated track record.
• Strong expertise in performance marketing platforms and analytics tools.
• Solid understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and creative development.
• Experience in EdTech, e-learning, consumer apps, or high-growth startup environments is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to manage budgets effectively and optimize for ROI.
Language
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia (native or near-native) is required.
• Professional proficiency in English is required for cross-functional collaboration with regional teams.
