Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
2. Lead and supervise the Social Media team.
3. Increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
4. Build partnerships with malls, communities, companies, media, and other relevant partners.
5. Manage marketing budgets, including ads, KOLs/influencers, events, and promotions.
6. Generate a minimum of 6 group bookings or large group events per month.
7. Monitor marketing performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Business Development.
2. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
3. Proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
4. Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Familiar with social media marketing, influencer marketing, and digital advertising.
6. Results-driven with strong analytical skills.
7. Experience in the F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle industry is a plus.
