QUALIFICATION:
- Barchelor's degree in marketing, business administration , engineering, or related fields
- at least 5 years of experience in preferably 3 years of experience in building product industries
- proven track record in managing multiple product lines and launching successfull campaigns
1. Manage teh lifecycle of Kharisma Group Product. From market research and development to launch and post-launch evaluation
2. Develop Product roadmaps and ensure alignment with market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
3. identify product gaps and propose innovations to expand the portopolio
4. analyze market trend, customer insight, and competitor activities, to identify growth opportunities
5. monitor product performance metrics, including market share, sales growth, and customer feedback, to refine strategies
6. stay updated on global innovations and best practices within the building product industries
7. manage relationship with distributors and key account to enchance product availability in the market.
8. define the uniqe selling propositions (USPs), pricing strategies and product positioning for both brands
9. collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns to boost brand recognition and customer loyalty
10. conduct product training and create sales tools for the sales team and distributors.
11. work closely with the sales team to understand challanges, provide product support , and drive sales effectiviness.
12. organize product demonstration , events, and trade show to engage potential customer and showcase product benefit
13. coordinate with internal team such as sales , R&D and logistics to ensure seamless execution of product strategies.
