Job Description:
- Develop marketing campaign messaging and multi-channel content
- Ensure successful execution of campaigns, launches and the ‘marketing readiness’ of new solutions and partners
- Implement effective campaigns by managing deliverables timely spending within agreed marketing budgets, marketing investment, ROI, sales process and tracking mechanism.
- Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for the products
- Identify market segments to increase market share and reach wider geographical market
- Plan, devise marketing tactics and strategies for the different prospective customers and measure and report the weekly/monthly performance of all marketing and assess against goals/KPIs and propose adjustment accordingly
Requirements:
- Possess at least Bachelor Dgree from reputable university in any Major
- Has experience in marketing for at least 5 years
- Wide experience in sales monitoring with strategyc marketing
- Creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform decisions
- Very strong written and communication skill
- Proven experience in developing and executing B2B and B2C marketing, supporting sales organizations
- Very preferably experienced in pharmacy company
