Deskripsi pekerjaan Marketing Manager Lifepharm Indonesia
- Reporting to the President Director of LifePharm, you will be responsible for (but not limited to).
- Defining and leading the strategy and execution of LifePharm Marketing programmes.
- Driving execution of marketing programs, including: copywriting, graphic design, communications, web-sites, back-office, newsletters, product launches, promotions, social media, product marketing, translation/content/ localization, customer training, events planning and execution.
- Demonstrating effective management and utilisation of the marketing budget (direct and channel), showing tangible ROI in support of the overall business plan.
- Representing LifePharm as and when required.
- Leading, motivating and developing your team and Distributor to maintain a best-in class status.
- You will assist in managing internal communications to keep the customer field teams informed and updated with the latest programs and initiatives.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales
- Development and implementation of LifePharm Marketing strategy.
- Develop the marketing strategy for new and existing products.
- Ensure that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
- Work with the Marketing Communication Manager to improve our social media presence and reputation as well as direct programs and recognition.
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
- Degree Educated (BA/BSc Hons), in sales/ marketing/business management or equivalent; a degree is not essential, as we will also consider candidates who would be considered qualified by experience within the Direct Selling industry (MLM)
- Direct Selling Industry (MLM) experience is essential.
- Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles.
- Confident, driven and dynamic leader.
- Ability to demonstrate skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, business development tools, communications, events and public relations activities within the Direct Selling sector.
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organisational skills.
- Experience developing and managing budgets, and recruiting, training, developing, and
- managing a marketing team.
- Strong oral and written english communications skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
- Travelling is essential
- Language skills other than english would be advantage.
