Your Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
✅ Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
✅ Drive sales growth through e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, website, etc.).
✅ Optimize marketplace performance, SEO, and digital ads for maximum ROI.
✅ Collaborate with designers, influencers, and sales teams for a strong brand presence.
✅ Stay updated with industry trends and innovative marketing strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
🔹 Minimum 3 years of experience in branding and marketing (having a background in social media or e-commerce is a plus)
🔹 Strong knowledge of digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
🔹 Experience in marketplace optimization and online sales strategies.
🔹 Creative, analytical, and results-driven mindset.
🔹 Ready to lead a team of diverse role and background marketing specialists.
