- Strong experience in Trade Promotion, Brand Activation, and marketing strategy.
- Familiar with AI tools for marketing (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Canva AI).
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to travel for business trips.
- Good command of English is an advantage
Job Description
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Plan and manage trade promotion and brand activation programs.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to increase sales and market presence.
- Analyze market trends and campaign performance to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance marketing activities and productivity.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered effectively.
- Lead and develop the Marketing team, including Design, Trade Promotion, Sales Support, and Customer Service.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and business partners.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and recommendations for management.
- Willing to travel for business meetings and market visits.
