KSRAN is an Indonesian lighting brand with a growing range of LED bulbs and T-Bulbs, from affordable everyday products to higher-quality, high-performance lighting.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can help build KSRAN into a strong, recognizable lighting brand
WHAT YOU’LL DO
-Build and own KSRAN’s brand positioning, identity, and marketing strategy.
-Develop marketing plans that strengthen brand awareness, preference, and demand.
-Lead campaigns, promotions, events, brand activations, and partnerships.
-Develop opportunities with creators, public figures, artists, communities, and other strategic partners.
-Build KSRAN’s presence across digital channels, retail, trade, and offline activations.
-Develop strategies to increase KSRAN’s visibility and availability across stores, distributors, and other relevant channels.
-Work closely with Sales and Distribution to turn marketing activities into real market growth.
-Understand customers, competitors, market trends, and identify opportunities for KSRAN to grow.
-Manage marketing budgets, agencies, vendors, and campaign performance.
-Build and lead the marketing team as the function grows
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
-Has 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, trade marketing, or related roles.
-Thinks beyond social media and understands how to build a brand and create demand
-Has strong commercial and strategic thinking — you understand that good marketing must eventually move the business.
-Can turn an idea into an actual campaign and make it happen.
-Is comfortable working with creators, artists, agencies, event organizers, retailers, and business partners.
-Understands both brand building and on-ground execution.
-Is creative, curious, proactive, and willing to challenge the usual way of doing things.
-Can work independently and take ownership from strategy to execution.
-Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, electrical, lighting, building materials, home & living, or other fast-moving consumer categories is a plus.
