Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels to enhance brand awareness and market penetration.
- Oversee and ensure the effective implementation of Visual Merchandising standards across all retail and distribution channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, agencies, communities, and other external stakeholders as part of the company's Public Relations initiatives.
- Plan and manage product launches, promotional activities, events, sponsorships, and brand activations.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Product Development, and external partners to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure a positive return on investment (ROI) for all marketing initiatives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within the FMCG industry.

- Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and consumer behavior.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing national or regional brands.
- Established network with media partners, influencers, KOLs, and marketing agencies.
- Experience executing 360-degree marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital, and Retail Activation).
- Strong understanding of modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce channels.
