Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving qualified leads and supporting revenue growth by aligning marketing strategies with the sales team. This role focuses on demand generation, campaign execution, and building a strong pipeline for Eranyacloud’s cloud solutions across enterprise, commercial, and public sector markets.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing programs to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
- Design campaigns to support specific sales targets and industry verticals
- Monitor conversion funnel from MQL → SQL → opportunity
- Ensure marketing contributes measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- Work closely with Revenue team, SDR, and Cloud consultant team to understand target accounts and customer needs
- Provide sales tools: pitch decks, battle cards, solution briefs, case studies, and email templates
- Support go-to-market strategy for new solutions (AI Cloud, DR, Managed Services, etc.)
- Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns (Digital marketing, Events & webinars, Industry partnerships, Content marketing, LinkedIn & B2B paid ads)
- Plan and execute lead generation programs (both online & offline)
- Strengthen Eranyacloud’s positioning as Local Cloud as AI Enabler
- Manage website, landing pages, and lead capture strategy
- Lead and develop the marketing team
- Manage external agencies and partners
- Control marketing budget and ensure cost effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in Cloud, IT services, Technology / SaaS
- Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial role and proven track record in lead generation & pipeline creation
- Experience supporting enterprise / B2B sales team
- Strong experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns
- Experience organizing events, webinars, and industry programs
- Marketing analytics & performance tracking, Digital ads & LinkedIn campaign management
- Strong business and revenue mindset
- Strategic thinking with strong execution
