Overview
A design-led creative agency is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, ensuring campaigns are executed to a high standard across digital channels, on time, and in line with brand and performance objectives. You will work closely with creative, strategy, and performance teams, acting as the central point of coordination between ideas, execution, and results.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels for multiple clients
- Own marketing calendars, timelines, and delivery plans across accounts
- Oversee content planning, scheduling, and publishing across LinkedIn, Meta, and Instagram
- Guide and review copywriting for social posts, EDMs, landing pages, and campaign assets
- Manage creative asset workflows, ensuring quality, correct formats, approvals, and brand compliance
- Oversee campaign setup across platforms including Meta Ads Manager, email tools, CMS systems, and CRMs
- Ensure correct implementation of audiences, creatives, links, UTMs, and tracking
- Monitor campaign performance and translate data into clear insights and optimisation recommendations
- Prepare performance reports and present learnings to internal teams and clients
- Maintain CRM accuracy, lead tracking, and marketing data hygiene
- Oversee website updates, landing pages, and content changes
- Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all client work
- Liaise directly with clients, internal teams, and external suppliers as required
- Conduct competitor, category, and market analysis to inform campaign direction
- Support campaign launches, promotions, and events end-to-end
- Manage day-to-day priorities, risks, and delivery standards across accounts
Requirements
Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing or agency-side marketing roles
- Proven experience managing campaigns across social, email, web, and basic paid media
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Prior agency experience is strongly preferred
Capabilities
- Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows, platforms, and campaign execution
- Ability to lead projects from brief to delivery with minimal oversight
- Confidence reviewing copy, creative, and performance outputs
- Data-literate, able to interpret performance metrics and make informed recommendations
- Strong stakeholder management skills, both internal and client-facing
