- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media management, digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.
- Experience managing multiple social media platforms and content calendars.
- Creative mindset with strong knowledge of current digital trends, especially Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to read performance data, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns.
- Experience in managing paid advertising, influencer/KOL collaborations, partnerships, and marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, operations, and management.
- Strong sense of branding, visual direction, and customer engagement.
- Able to manage multiple brands, campaigns, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, wellness, beauty, or retail industry is preferred.
