We're Indonesia's leading organic feminine care brand — and the conversation around women's wellness is changing fast. We need a marketing leader who can build a brand women trust, a funnel that converts, and a community that stays. You'll own the entire growth story.
Must have:
- D2C Growth & Performance Marketing - 4+ years running paid acquisition at scale — Meta, TikTok, Google, AI — with full ownership of CAC, ROAS, and budget allocation. You've grown a consumer brand before and can show the numbers.
- Brand & Content Leadership - You can build a brand voice women trust on a sensitive category — and translate it into content that performs. Campaign concepts, social calendars, creative briefs: you've led all of it, hands-on.
- Marketplace & E-Commerce Fluency - Experience growing sales on Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop alongside a D2C website — campaign calendars, flash sales, affiliate programs, livestream commerce.
- KOL, Community & Partnerships - You've built influencer programs that drive revenue, not just reach — from nano-KOL seeding to brand ambassador structures, with clear attribution.
- Retention & CRM Thinking - Repeat purchase is our most important metric. Experience with WhatsApp marketing, email flows, subscription mechanics, or loyalty programs is a strong plus.
- Team Leadership & AI-Native Workflow - You've managed designers, content creators, and agencies — and you're excited to run a lean team supercharged by AI tools rather than a big traditional department.
