KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CRITICAL DRIVERS:
A. Develop Social Communication plan
· Develop and execute a social communication strategy (including owned channels and earned) aligned with brand principles and which builds brand awareness & love and meets commercial needs.
· Develop and deploy an integrated content roadmap that yields an exceptional experience across all channels.
· Coordinate and monitor the execution of Agencies (wherever applicable) and internal teams to deliver on the plan on time and with good quality.
· Monitor KPIs that provide insights on how to develop content that resonates with target audience.
· Optimize content and channels for reach and engagement by uncovering insights and developing actionable recommendations based on performance. Provide regular updates on performance.
B. Plan & Execute Offline Marketing Activities
· Assist with the planning for the offline marketing activities’ calendar and assume hands on execution to achieve the results intended.
· Coordinate with internal teams to execute on necessary collaterals to support the offline activities by social media plan. Ensure the alignment of all execution with existing regional brand guidelines.
· Work with Agencies and Creative Team to create the design and production to make our event outstanding and compelling, align with brand spirit and equity. Make sure brand image is consistent in all touch points from online to offline merchandising in activation/offline activities.
· Complete all routine administrative functions (e.g. reports, plans, etc.) in an accurate and timely fashion
· Strive to establish a symbiotic work relationship with other Marketing and Business Functions (i.e. supporting team members, providing coaching, identifying opportunities to contribute to cross-functional initiatives).
· Stay ahead of issues through ongoing engagement with key partners in the organization (Marketing, Sales, HR).
· Participate in regular Sales & Marketing calls & meetings and contribute with your perspectives.
D. Self-Improvement & Team Contribution
· Contribute to team culture by sharing ideas to improve marketing campaigns, customer targeting and effectiveness of consumer targeting.
· Seek constant self-improvement on relevant topics that can help deepen team’s knowledge.
