Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Plan, implement, and optimize online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Manage digital marketing channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, content marketing, and social media.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to improve marketing effectiveness and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Business Development, and Creative teams to support business growth.
• Build and strengthen Treetan's brand positioning as a trusted Umrah, Hajj, and Sharia Travel marketplace.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the marketing team while ensuring projects are delivered on time.
• Prepare regular marketing reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize business results.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with experience leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing, branding, and marketing analytics.
• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve business targets.
• Willing to work on-site.
• Experience in the Sharia, Umrah, Hajj, or travel industry is a plus.
