Fokus: Menerjemahkan strategi dan arah kreatif brand menjadi program marketing yang terencana, terkoordinasi, dan terukur. Seperti kalender marketing, mengoordinasikan promosi, partnership, event, budget, vendor, timeline.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Marketing Planning & Strategy Execution
- Develop monthly marketing plans and activity calendars based on the established brand and business objectives.
- Translate marketing objectives into actionable programs, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and repeat visits.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify relevant marketing opportunities.
2. Campaign & Promotion Management
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, product launches, and special events.
- Develop campaign mechanics, promotional offers, and customer engagement initiatives
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, budgets, and execution across relevant teams.
3. Partnership & Collaboration
- Identify and coordinate partnerships with relevant brands, communities, creators, KOLs, and media.
- Manage collaboration proposals, communication, deliverables, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate barter, sponsorship, and cross-promotion opportunities where relevant.
- Maintain relationships with external partners and marketing vendors.
4. Marketing & Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with restaurant operations, sales, management, and other relevant departments.
- Ensure marketing activities are operationally feasible and executed according to schedule.
- Manage external vendors, event organizers, media contacts, and other marketing-related parties.
- Ensure campaign information, promotional details, and marketing materials are accurate and consistent.
5. Budget Management & Performance Reporting
- Prepare marketing budget proposals and monitor spending against approved budgets
- Track campaign performance, customer response, promotional results, and relevant sales indicators
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and recommendations.
6. Digital Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate paid advertising, digital promotions, and campaign distribution where required.
- Work closely with the Social Media & Content Creator to ensure content supports marketing objectives.
