Job Description
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term marketing strategies to drive sales growth, brand awareness, customer traffic, and overall business profitability.
- Conduct market research, industry trend analysis, consumer insights, and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and effective marketing approaches.
- Lead and manage digital marketing activities across social media and digital platforms, including paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads), SEO/SEM, email marketing, and campaign analytics.
- Create and oversee engaging marketing campaigns and creative content that align with the brand identity, including storytelling, copywriting, promotional materials, and social media content.
- Plan and manage events, brand activations, product/merchandise launches, store openings, and promotional activities to enhance customer engagement and brand experience.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with brands, influencers, communities, media, and other business partners to increase brand exposure and customer acquisition.
- Develop merchandise strategies and coordinate the process from concept development, vendor sourcing, production, to launch and sales performance monitoring.
- Optimize sales performance on delivery platforms such as GoFood, GrabFood, ShopeeFood, and other online channels through promotional campaigns, bundling strategies, pricing, and visual optimization.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report marketing performance regularly, ensuring all activities run effectively, on schedule, and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and effective campaign execution aligned with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Digital Marketing, preferably in F&B, retail, lifestyle, or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, paid ads, SEO/SEM, and marketing analytics.
- Creative thinker with strong skills in campaign planning, content development, and brand communication.
- Experienced in handling marketing campaigns, events, activations, and partnership collaborations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Good communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Familiar with delivery platforms such as GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood is a plus.
- Passionate about branding, trends, customer engagement, and creative marketing strategies.
