Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, branding, and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, strategic, and data-driven mindset.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain brand guidelines for all BVR Group businesses
- Ensure consistency of brand identity
- Oversee content direction to ensure it reflects each brand's positioning and values
- Lead and oversee the Digital Marketing Team, ensuring clear strategic direction, effective execution, performance management, and alignment with overall brand and business objectives
- Ensure all advertising campaigns are executed in line with brand standards
- Review and approve all third-party collaboration involving the BVR Group brands to ensure compliance with brand guidelines
- Support business units in maintaining a strong and consistent brand presence
