About the role
Palapa Group is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution across two inspection businesses, from cars to homes. You will turn ideas into strategy, strategy into execution, and execution into growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing within service-based businesses, such as automotive, property, hospitality, professional services, or similar industries
- Strong understanding of end-to-end marketing funnel, customer journey, lead conversion, and content strategy
- Hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience managing affiliates, influencers, partnerships to drive leads and sales
- Proven ability to build marketing systems and effective teams, with strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, ownership, and problem-solving
- Willingness to be hands-on in marketing operations
- Full commitment to Palapa Group and no other employment or professional contract during the employment period
- Based in Jakarta/Tangerang or surrounding areas
Responsibilities
- Build weekly marketing plans and content direction for both brands
- Manage the overall content flow from planning, production, review, approval, posting, ensuring deadlines are met
- Monitor Meta Ads and Google Ads, including budget, CPL, lead quality, conversion, and overall performance
- Develop content and campaign briefs based on brand, sales, and marketing needs
- Monitor the marketing funnel from reach, leads, qualified leads, conversion, orders, cost
- Evaluate admin/customer handling, especially lead response, follow-up, lead quality, and conversion
- Develop and manage affiliates, influencers, partnerships, and other acquisition channels
- Monitor and improve Google Reviews and other trust-building activities for both brands
- Lead the marketing/media team, set priorities, monitor execution, and resolve performance bottlenecks
- Take ownership of overall marketing performance, including weekly evaluation, improvement plans, and reporting to management
