Deskripsi pekerjaan Marketing Manager (Part-Time) Gather Bali
We are building an Indonesian specialty coffee brand for customers in international markets. The company name is confidential at this stage and will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to help shape the brand and build a clear, practical marketing plan. You will work directly with the founder and coordinate with a social media specialist.
What you’ll do
- Develop the marketing plan and priorities for the coming months.
- Keep the brand’s positioning, tone of voice, storytelling and customer promise consistent.
- Plan campaigns and product launches for coffee and future product categories.
- Identify improvements to the website, product pages and customer journey.
- Plan newsletters, promotions and customer loyalty initiatives.
- Write or brief English-language website and product copy.
- Propose advertising campaigns and review their performance.
- Coordinate marketing plans with the social media specialist.
What we’re looking for
- Practical experience in marketing, preferably with ecommerce, food, beverage or lifestyle brands.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- A good understanding of branding, campaigns and digital marketing.
- Someone who can turn ideas into a clear plan and follow through.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently.
- Experience with international markets is a plus.
Compensation
The monthly budget is IDR 8,000,000 for a part-time role of approximately four days per week. Final working hours and scope can be discussed based on experience. As we grow we are happy to increase your salary accordingly.
