Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales & Digital Marketing (preferably in skincare/FMCG industry)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a managerial role
- Strong expertise in digital marketing strategy and data analysis (ROAS, CTR, etc.)
- Familiar with TikTok Ads Manager, e-commerce dashboards, and social media algorithms
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical thinking skills
- Result-oriented, creative, adaptable, and up-to-date with marketing trends

Job Description:
- Develop and lead overall marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and brand growth
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (launches, promotions, branding, retention)
- Analyze and optimize marketing performance across channels (ads, social media, e-commerce) using data-driven insights
- Define product positioning based on USP, customer pain points, and market needs
- Monitor sales funnel performance and improve conversion rates & ROI
- Lead and manage the marketing team (Content, KOL, TikTok, Creative, Event)
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all channels
- Identify market trends and drive innovative marketing strategies
