Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership position.
- Proven experience in developing and executing 360° / Integrated Marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Content & Creative, Corporate Communication, and Brand Activation.
- Demonstrated ability to develop marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, business opportunities, and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing, customer journey, market trends, and audience segmentation.
- Experienced in leading and developing Marketing, Creative, and Content teams.
- Strong experience in managing marketing budgets, vendors, agencies, partnerships, and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and evaluate marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, ROI, and key marketing metrics.
- Strong understanding of cross-functional and cross-business unit collaboration to create integrated marketing initiatives and synergies.
- Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative, proactive, commercially driven, and results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in leveraging AI tools to support marketing strategy, content development, market research, data analysis, and campaign optimization.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and brand strategies for Binawan Group.
- Lead and manage the Marketing, Creative, and Content teams to ensure effective collaboration and optimal performance.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, corporate communications, brand activations, and other marketing initiatives.
- Drive brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and business opportunities across Binawan Group.
- Support overall business growth and revenue contribution across all business units through effective marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships and cross-business unit marketing synergies.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget, as well as coordinate with vendors, agencies, and other external partners effectively.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, ROI, and overall brand performance to ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand identity, brand guidelines, and creative standards across all Binawan Group business units.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business unit leaders to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
