About your responsibilities for the Role:
- Develop, implement and track marketing programs focused on creating events (online & offline) and partnerships, as well as social media, emails, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product, sales, performance marketing, customer marketing) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
- Acquire insight into marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
- Develop and create marketing materials and ensure brand guidelines are met
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales/Marketing/Operational staff
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as /Social media, etc.) and market research methods
- Excellent understanding of marketing concepts and strategy
- Ability to perform well in a very fast-paced environment
- Ready to accept new challenges, new methods and open to changes
- Good English communication
- Strong analytical skills
- Available for full-time work and willing to work in Yogyakarta
