Key Responsibilities :
- Marketing Strategy & Growth: Design and execute integrated B2C and B2B marketing strategies fully aligned with company revenue goals.
- B2C Campaigns & Creative Execution: Spearhead highly creative, viral, and engaging digital marketing campaigns across social media and digital channels, ensuring they remain deeply rooted in educational value.
- B2B & Government Partnerships: Expand institutional presence by driving strategic partnerships, events, educational forums, competitions, and collaborations with government bodies.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, manage, and empower two core functional teams:
- B2C Marketing Team: Digital Marketing Specialist, Social Media Specialist, and Telemarketing.
- B2B Marketing Team: Business Documents Officer, After Sales Specialist, and Partnership & Campaign Specialist.
Requirements:
- Experience 4+ years of marketing leadership experience (EdTech or fast-growing startup preferred).
- Exceptional creative direction with a track record of launching viral, engaging content with clear educational impact.
- Strong expertise across both performance/digital marketing (B2C) and partnership/event execution (B2B).
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning marketing metrics directly with sales.
