Éclat Brûlée is looking for a Marketing Lead to take ownership of our overall marketing function and help drive the next stage of our growth.
This is a strategic + hands-on role, covering:
• Developing and executing integrated marketing strategies
• Online & offline campaigns, activations, and events
• Partnership & collaboration opportunities
• Customer acquisition, engagement & retention
• Working closely with the Creative & Operations teams
• Tracking campaign performance, analyzing data, and optimizing initiatives
• Managing marketing plans, priorities, and budgets
We’re looking for someone who can think beyond “what content should we make?” someone who can identify a business opportunity or problem, turn it into a marketing strategy, execute it, and measure the impact.
What we’re looking for:
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand, digital marketing, or related fields
• Strong strategic thinking & project management skills
• Comfortable working independently and hands-on
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience in F&B, lifestyle, retail, hospitality, or consumer brands is a plus
