Role Overview
As a Marketing Intern at Séna, you will gain hands-on experience in managing marketing activities for Séna, a high-quality pastry and coffee shop. You will assist in creating and executing marketing strategies and activations.
You will work closely with the chef to develop creative campaigns, increase brand awareness, create content and engage with customers both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for Séna’s social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to develop our community.
Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements.
Content Creation
Produce high-quality photos, videos, and graphics showcasing Séna's pastries and coffee offerings.
Write engaging captions, blog posts, and marketing copy that reflect Séna's brand voice.
Campaign Development
Help design and execute marketing campaigns for promotions, seasonal menus, and events.
Collaborate on brainstorming sessions for creative ideas to boost sales and visibility.
Market Research
Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
Gather customer feedback to understand preferences and improve marketing strategies.
Event Coordination
Assist in organizing in-store events, collaborations, or pop-up shops.
Ensure smooth execution by coordinating logistics and promoting events online and offline.
Digital Marketing
Develop a newsletter for Séna.
Analytics and Reporting
Track the performance of marketing efforts and provide weekly and/or monthly reports.
Use data to propose actionable insights for future campaigns.
Qualifications
Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Skills:
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and content tools (Canva, Photoshop, Capcut or similar).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
