REQUIREMENTS :

  • Final semester student (no active classes) or fresh graduate
  • Background in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant majors
  • Communicative, adaptable, and responsive
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Spreadsheets
  • Experience in collecting data collection is a plus
  • Willing to use personal device (laptop)
  • Willing to work on-site in Jabarano Coffee Bandung

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Handle customer inquiries, suggestions, and complaints
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback
  • Maintain customer data and feedback records
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
  • Monitor customer reviews across digital platforms
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Prepare customer experience reports and insights
