Requirements :
- Final-year student (no active classes) or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Advertising, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organized working style
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and administrative tasks
- Interested in ecommerce, digital marketing, social media, and creator ecosystem
- Fast learner with good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity or passion for beauty/skincare industry is preferred
Working Scope :
- Support ecommerce operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and website platforms
- Assist with marketplace data exports, monitoring, and reporting recap
- Help monitor affiliate performance
- Support creator sourcing and database management for beauty KOLs and affiliates
- Assist the team with administrative and operational marketing tasks related to campaign execution and live activities
