Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Marketing Team with daily operations, particularly KOL and Social Media activities.
- Canvas and identify potential KOLs/influencers for collaboration based on campaign objectives and target audiences.
- Assist with KOL outreach, coordination, and follow-ups to support campaign execution.
- Collaborate with team members on creative brainstorming sessions and content creation.
- Assist in basic content editing and adaptation for social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify relevant content and campaign opportunities.
- Support the team in tracking and compiling KOL and social media performance to derive actionable insights.
Job Requirements:
- Interested in KOL management, influencer marketing, social media, and digital marketing.
- Familiar with Instagram and TikTok and interested in keeping up with social media trends.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially for communicating with KOLs/influencers.
- Creative and willing to contribute ideas for content and campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of content creation and editing tools such as Canva or CapCut is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Able to work collaboratively with the Marketing Team.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
