Job Descriptions
- Assist in managing LIF’s social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and basic performance monitoring.
- Support the creation and execution of social media campaigns by coordinating with internal creative teams and external partners.
- Stay updated on social media trends and contribute fresh content ideas relevant to the brand and audience.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events, exhibitions, brand activations, and other offline activities.
- Coordinate event preparation, including vendors, materials, merchandise, booth requirements, documentation, and on-site execution.
- Provide on-ground support during events to ensure activities run smoothly.
- Assist with other marketing activities such as campaign research, competitor monitoring, influencer/KOL coordination, marketing administration, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, Sales, and other teams on day-to-day marketing projects.
Job Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong interest in social media, content, events, and brand marketing.
- Familiar with Instagram and TikTok; understanding of current social media trends is a plus.
- Creative and comfortable contributing content ideas.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Willing to work on-site during events, including occasional weekends when required.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools is a plus.
- Experience managing social media, events, organizations, or campus activities is a plus.
- Willing to work from the office in Hayam Wuruk, Central Jakarta.
- Willing and eager to learn new things.
- Available for a minimum three-month paid internship.
