Join Peponi Travel, an adventure travel company connecting people deeper through authentic journeys. As a Marketing Intern in the Growth Department, you will support the daily operations behind our marketing, guest relations, and customer experience activities. You’ll help manage leads, support after-sales communication, and contribute to the growth initiatives that connect travelers with meaningful experiences around the world.

Responsibilities
📩 Guest Relations & Lead Management
• Assist in managing incoming leads from WhatsApp and other communication channels
• Help organize guest inquiries and support follow-up processes
• Support customer communication and coordination
📈 Growth Department Support
• Assist daily operational tasks within the Growth Department
• Support campaign execution, marketing activities, and internal coordination for both online and offline
• Help maintain organized records and reporting
🤝 After Sales Support
• Assist after-sales communication and guest experience support
• Help ensure smooth customer journey before and after trips
• Support administrative follow-ups related to guests and bookings
Qualifications
• Final-year bachelor student in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Workspace, Instagram, Tik Tok and digital communication tools
• Eager to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for travel, hospitality, marketing, and community engagement
