Job description
- Work arrangement: Onsite (Kemang Pratama, Bekasi)
- Research and build a database of potential KOLs across social media platforms
- Maintain and update KOL data in a structured and accurate database
- Conduct direct outreach and follow-ups with KOLs for collaboration opportunities
- Communicate and align basic collaboration details with potential KOLs
- Review, verify, and process CUAN mission/content submissions from KOLs
- Actively monitor social media channels and drive audience engagement
- Ensure all administrative requirements for collaborations are up to date, including PKS (agreements), invoices, and related documents
- Achieve assigned individual monthly targets for KOL listings, collaborations, and and program deliverables
Job requirement
- Strong interest in digital marketing, influencer/KOL marketing, and the gaming industry
- Actively uses social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Basic understanding of engagement metrics, content performance, and audience targeting
- Strong written communication skills with a professional tone (chat-based communication)
- Familiar with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.)
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable managing databases
- Able to work with targets and deadlines
