Job Description:
Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue
Identify new business opportunities (corporate clients, travel agents, online channels)
Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and agencies
Handle room sales, corporate contracts, and group bookings
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, social media, promotions, events)
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Collaborate with operations team to ensure excellent guest experience
Manage OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, Tiket.com, Traveloka, etc.) and optimize listings
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Represent the hotel in exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the hotel industry (mandatory)
Experience at international hotel operations
Strong knowledge of hotel sales channels (OTA, corporate, travel agents)
Experience in digital marketing and social media strategy
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Target-oriented with strong business acumen
Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
Additional languages are a plus
Willing to be placed overseas and adapt to multicultural environments
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships
Familiar with hotel systems and tools (PMS, channel manager, CRM)
