Position: Marketing Head

As a Head of Marketing at ISAGO Jewels, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the brand’s marketing strategy to strengthen ISAGO’s positioning as a luxury jewelry house. You will lead initiatives across brand storytelling, digital marketing, retail activations, and strategic partnerships to drive brand equity, customer engagement, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and implement long-term and short-term marketing strategies aligned with ISAGO’s vision.
Ensure consistent brand identity and tone of voice across all channels.
Campaigns & Activations
Plan and execute integrated campaigns (new collection launches, seasonal campaigns, exclusive events).
Organize and oversee events, exhibitions, and trunk shows to elevate brand awareness.
Digital Marketing & Content
Lead digital strategies including social media, website, paid media, SEO/SEM.
Collaborate with content creators, KOLs, and agencies to build aspirational brand storytelling.
Partnerships & PR
Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and luxury partners for collaborations.
Manage press coverage, media exposure, and public relations.
Market & Customer Insights
Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
Oversee CRM and customer engagement strategies to enhance retention and loyalty.
Budget & Performance Management
Plan and manage the marketing budget effectively.
Track and analyze KPIs including campaign ROI, brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and sales impact.
Requirements:
3-4 years experience in marketing, preferably in luxury, jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
Strong knowledge of digital and social media marketing.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and influencers.
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
