Marketing Funding (TL/Staf)

As a Funding Officer, you will be responsible for acquiring, maintaining, and growing funding portfolios from both individual and business clients. You will play a key role in promoting products such as deposito and saving.

Responsibilities :

• Acquire new funding costumers (individual or corporate) to increase third-party funds (DPK)
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty and portofolio growth
• Promote a range of funding products such as savings and Deposito
• Conduct regular customer visits and financial check-ins to identify additional needs
• Ensure full compliance with KYC/AML regulations and risk management policies
• Provide high-quality service to clients

Requirements :

1. Min. Associate's degree (D3) in any fields
2. Min. 2-3 years of experience in funding officer or Relationship Manager Funding.
3. Proven track record in meeting or exceeding funding targets
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
5. Customer-oriented, persuasive, and confident in client-facing roles
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
7. Strong understanding of banking compliance, KYC, and risk
