- Education: Diploma (D3), or Bachelor’s degree (S1), or a fashion design course
- Work experience or internship at a tailor shop or boutique
- Proficient in creating both manual and digital design sketches
- Understanding of fashion trends, color theory, textiles, and fabrics
- Basic knowledge of sewing techniques and garment construction
Job Description:
- Communicate effectively with customers and respond promptly to their design requirements
- Negotiate prices with customers based on the design concept, materials used, and production time
- Take customer body measurements
- Prepare payment invoices
- Create production worksheets
- Conduct fittings with customers
- Perform quality control (QC) on finished garments
- Collaborate and communicate with the production team
