The Marketing F&B Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of PT Hookah Place Partnership's marketing initiatives, particularly focusing on food and beverage offerings. Key responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. This involves leveraging social media platforms and influencer partnerships to create buzz around our products and services. The role also entails fostering strong relationships with community members and influencers to build a loyal customer base and promote positive word-of-mouth. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to inform product development and marketing campaigns.
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a minimum of an SMA/SMK education level and have between 3 and 5 years of experience in marketing, with a particular emphasis on influencer marketing and community building.
