Marketing Export Supervisor
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in international sales / export sales supervisor
- Experienced in handling B2B customers, distributors, or overseas business partners.
- Good understanding of export processes, international trade, and overseas market.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Exposure to OEM/ODM or product development is a plus.
- Target-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to travel for business purposes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer all export of goods, ensure compliance to all organizational policies, manage all communication with export authorities for all required countries.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s business in the global market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers and partners.
- Conduct presentations and provide solutions that meet customer needs.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales deals effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
