Key Responsibilities
- Develop brand awareness through KOL, influencer, sponsorship, and events
- Create impactful campaigns & relevant social media content
- Design GWP & promotional programs to drive sales
- Optimize ads & e-commerce campaigns for maximum performance
Qualifications
- Skilled in KOL performance analysis (engagement, ROI, audience relevance)
- Strong understanding of ads performance (CTR, ROAS, conversion)
- Experienced in optimizing ads on Shopee, Tokopedia, and Tiktok Shop
- Creative mindset with data driven execution
- Prior experience in beauty and e-commercer is a strong advantage
