About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Marketing Executive to join our team at PT Transindo Infotek in West Jakarta, Jakarta. This full-time role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services, and drive business growth. You will be an integral part of our Marketing & Communications team, contributing to the overall success of the company.
What you'll be doing
Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising
Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing activities and support lead generation efforts
Analysing market trends and customer data to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies
Creating and managing engaging content, such as blog posts, social media updates, and marketing collateral
Coordinating with external vendors and agencies to ensure the timely delivery of marketing projects
Monitoring campaign performance and providing regular reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
Staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices, and implementing innovative approaches to drive results
What we're looking for
Fresh Graduate / Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the technology or B2B industry
Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies and the ability to execute campaigns across various channels
Excellent writing and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging messaging
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and analytics
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use insights to drive marketing decisions
Good project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
