🔎 Position: Marketing Executive
We are seeking a results-driven, creative, and proactive Marketing Executive to lead our content marketing initiatives, marketing outreach activities, and strategic partnership development.

📌 Key Responsibilities
Content Marketing 🤳
• Develop and implement a monthly content calendar aligned with business goals.
• Create and oversee engaging content across website, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
• Monitor content performance and optimize strategy accordingly.
Digital Marketing & Analytics 📈
• Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, and social media).
• Manage and grow Pundit Academy’s online presence across Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Develop and implement monthly content calendars, in collaboration with our team.
• Oversee digital ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to drive lead generation.
• Manage and maintain the Pundit Academy website, ensuring content accuracy, updates, and optimization.
• Track and report performance analytics to optimize marketing efforts.
Partnerships & Outreach 🤝
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, institutions, and corporate partners.
• Represent Pundit Academy at school fairs, education events, and networking sessions.
• Coordinate collaborative workshops, webinars, and info sessions with schools or partners.

✅ Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and/or partnership development (experience in the education industry is a plus).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of digital tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
