As we continue to expand our footprint in the Indonesian market, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
What You Will Do (Responsibilities):
- Develop, plan, and execute strategic marketing initiatives to promote our commercial vehicle and semi-trailer products.
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and monitor competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Create and manage marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, digital content) ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, vendors, and strategic business partners.
- Track, analyze, and present regular marketing performance reports to the management team.
- Reporting the sales report, pipeline and forecast periodically to Head of Sales.
- Attending the exhibition, event and promotion activity to advertise the company's product.
- Conduct routine visits to the existing customer or potential customer to understand their current need.
- Develop pricing proposals, negotiate with customers, and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
What You Will Bring (Requirements):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of working experience in marketing (Experience in the automotive, heavy equipment, manufacturing, or B2B industry is a strong advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team.
- High integrity, target-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced multinational environment.
