Sports Marketing Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Sports Marketing Executive to support the growth of our sports club and strengthen our brand presence.
You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing activities across our sports facilities, including Padel, Tennis, and Badminton, with a focus on increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, community growth, and venue traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Manage social media content, including planning, coordination, and execution.
Plan and coordinate events, tournaments, community activities, and promotional programs.
Build and maintain relationships with sports communities, KOLs, influencers, brands, and potential partners.
Identify and develop partnership, collaboration, and sponsorship opportunities.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new marketing opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
Support initiatives to increase court bookings, memberships, events, and overall customer visits.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports based on relevant KPIs.
Develop creative ideas to improve customer engagement and strengthen the club's positioning.
Ensure all marketing activities and communication are aligned with the company's brand identity.
Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by management.
