Job Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and acquire new customers to expand the company's customer base.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Promote the company's international shipping and logistics services to businesses and potential customers.
Conduct customer visits and business meetings to identify shipping needs and offer suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations, follow up on sales leads, and negotiate service agreements with prospective clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term partnerships.
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in sales, marketing, or logistics is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong initiative, self-motivation, and a target-oriented mindset.
Ability to identify new business opportunities and build customer relationships.
Willingness to conduct customer visits and meet clients outside the office.
