Marketing Executive – Regional Events & Partnerships

Future Ready Academy is a leading Singapore headquartered training institution dedicated to preparing the future-ready generation in the increasingly digital world of AI, robotics and coding across Southeast Asia.

We are the education partner of Carnegie Mellon Robotics Academy (CMRA) in Southeast Asia to deliver their curriculum and certification for both K-12 STEM education and Technical & Vocational Education Training (TVET). Through our training and certification, high school students enhance their chances of entering the best universities worldwide and university and college graduates get access to internship opportunities and jobs of the future.

We are looking for a Marketing Executive/Manager – Regional Events & Partnerships to drive marketing results and business growth in the education sector.

Depending on experience and performance track record, the candidate will be considered for the executive or manager position as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Planning, executing, and tracking events and sponsorships
• Ensuring events are delivered efficiently
• Driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth
• Cultivating and maintaining relationships with partners, vendors, and sponsors
• Using digital marketing tools and platforms
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Analysing event and sponsorship performance metrics
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

Requirements and Skills

• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale regional events.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about technology, entrepreneurship, and education.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in multi-country program execution.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, ensuring smooth operations and high program quality.
